BEWARE: In some states, if you advertise that you can help people "avoid foreclosure" or help "stay in their home" you are not allowed to purchase the property. Avoid jail and fines by learning your local laws and connecting with the local real estate investors association, where you can learn what works and what doesn’t for your local area.
